1. VIP 10-Min Event Reels

10-Minute Delivery Guarantee:

We guarantee the delivery of the final edited cinematic reel exactly 10 minutes after the shoot concludes.

Hindi: Hum guarantee dete hain ki shoot khatam hone ke theek 10 minute baad aapko final edited reel mil jayegi.
Audio & Revisions:

As this is an express fast-track service, on-the-spot revisions are not available. Minor changes will be processed the next day from our studio.

Hindi: Yeh ek fast-track service hai, isliye on-the-spot changes nahi hote. Chhote changes agle din studio se karke diye jayenge.
Raw Footage:

Raw (unedited) video files are exclusively provided in our 'Pro' and 'Advance' packages only.

Hindi: Bina edit ki hui (raw) videos sirf 'Pro' aur 'Advance' plans mein hi di jayengi. Standard plan mein sirf reel milti hai.

Delivery Timelines:

Pro Level websites will be delivered within 14 Days, and Advance Level websites will be delivered within 30 Days.

Hindi: Pro level ki website 14 din ke andar aur Advance level ki website 30 din ke andar deliver ki jayegi.
Domain & Hosting:

The first year of Domain and Server Hosting is included in our packages. Standard renewal charges apply from the second year.

Hindi: Pehle saal ka Domain aur Hosting package mein shamil hai. Agle saal se iska standard renewal charge dena hoga.
Revisions & Maintenance:

Minor text and image updates are free for the first 30 days after the website goes live. After that, an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is required.

Hindi: Website live hone ke 30 din tak chhote updates free hain. Uske baad website maintenance ke liye AMC leni hogi.

Ad Budget vs. Management Fee:

Our packages cover management and design fees only. The actual budget spent on running ads is billed directly to the client.

Hindi: Package mein sirf hamari management fee hoti hai. Ads (Facebook/Google) chalane ka paisa client ko alag se lagana hota hai.
Content Delivery:

Clients are required to provide raw photos/videos of their business, or a separate photography shoot can be booked with us.

Hindi: Graphics hum banayenge, par business ki real photos client ko WhatsApp karni hongi ya hamara shoot book karna hoga.

Advance Payment Mandatory:

A mandatory 50% advance payment is required to start any project or confirm a booking slot. The remaining 50% is due on delivery.

Hindi: Koi bhi kaam shuru karne ke liye 50% Advance dena compulsory hai. Baaki ka 50% delivery wale din dena hoga.
Travel Charges:

Travel within Banda city limits is free of charge. Events outside city limits will include standard travel charges.

Hindi: Banda city ke andar shoot pe aana free hai. City ke bahar ke events ke liye travel charge lagega.
Refund Policy:

Once a project has started or digital assets (domains/hosting) have been purchased, the advance payment is strictly non-refundable.

Hindi: Kaam shuru hone ya domain kharidne ke baad advance payment wapas (refund) nahi hogi.
